The cakes from LPC have marched a cake-walk all the way to Loopy Lorna's, Gaynor and her team have welcomed the gluten and wheat free range with open arms (or should I say mouths). It's a delight to work with Gaynor and give her clientele an additional range to compliment their renowned home baked cakes.
Word is spreading and birthday cakes are being ordered with peeps saying: "this is the first time I've been able to eat my own birthday cake in 10 years", so I'm glad to offer no excuses to indulging and enjoying feasting on cake! Our Gluten and Wheat free range will be a delight to people with Coeliac disease which accounts for 1% of our population being diagnosed.
Oprah and 378 of her staff went on a vegan diet week this month. They embarked on a diet free of meat, fish, eggs, milk and cheese, making a conscious effort to think about what they eat, with people commenting that they had never felt better. Steadfast Veganists are Bill Clinton, Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs who are known to extol the virtues of such a diet.
All told, the cakes are delicious with the added benefit of super foods such as algae and wheat grass. Try our super healthy vegan Polenta and Seaweed cake with a lemon drizzle or the chocolate and algae cake ... and feel good about eating it.
