What a whirlwind of a fortnight! Love Pure Cakes hosted a press launch at Loopy Lorna's on 1st March. A great turn out with press, pr folks, food bloggers and twitterista's along with food fashionista's alike.
LPC got good coverage in the press with a piece in the Evening News, Scotland on Sunday and i-on magazine. And now, Radio Scotland's 'Foodie Tuesday' would like me to join Fred Macaulay in the studio on Tuesday 15th March at 11.20 to bestow the virtues of Gluten and Wheat free cakes.
Then a launch at Molly's, Ocean Terminal, to raise funds for Dreamz4U. Our range of healthy tasty exquisite cakes will be on sale in a fortnight.
LPC donated a Bakewell to Margaret Blackwood Housing Association to help them raise money for Marie Curie - the cake appeared to vanish in jig time!
There's been a keen interest in free-from birthday cakes this week with the latest one being a cake using unpasteurised milk and cream.... There are no bounds to our inventions and creativity.
